The repairs were done VERY well and Mya is GREAT I want to emphasize that, but repairs took longer than I was initially quoted

Mya was great but one of the guys working in the shop was pretty rude and (in my opinion) didn't properly communicate the issues with the car. I said day one there was an issue with the steering they said they'd look into fixing it but couldn't even look into it before the body work was finished. Mid way into the week after repairs were supposed to have been done he called my insurance to say they couldn't fix that issue, which I understand. Apparently they scanned the car and it wasn't in their system which feels like something that could've been done and communicated to me day one so I can sort out not having my car for an indefinite amount of time AFTER it leaves their shop.
