Super thankful for them always fitting me in, meeting deadlines when in a crunch so that it’s easier on me as a customer, they handle the whole process- insurance, repairs, coordinating parts and orders for the repairs themselves. I would 1000/10 always support this local shop, super thankful for them and all that they do! If you want honest, local, trustworthy people working on your vehicles when needed, call them!

Well, if it’s for something that ypu do? IDK because all you did was put some tires on new rims. If it’s for work you sub-contract? No way.

I have no issues with Ace per se, but you sub-contracted out to Blue Ridge, and they discovered one problem at a time, over 5 weeks, that I identified on the side of the road, IN THE DARK, the night of the collision! You need to talk to these guys. 5 weeks was a ridiculous amount of time for what was needed.
