There were a few minor issues that still needed taken care of that I was going to come back for, but while driving my vehicle, my left tire was rubbing on the fender liner so I brought it back. Since you all were closed, I left the key in the drop box with an explanation. I texted pictures to this text thread too so I was surprised when I got this survey.

The employees there *truly* seem to like their jobs, which in this day/age is very refreshing to witness. Everyone was friendly and again, just truly seemed to love their place of work. We had a brief conversation with a couple of people who weren’t assigned to us & they were just amazing with their overall customer service. I don’t think we’ve experienced such in a very long time. So kudos to whoever is doing the hiring bc you’re picking people who are just fantastic at customer service!

I was pretty worried taking my new to me truck in for repairs. I have not owned the truck for very long and it's very advanced with all the anti-crash systems it features. I was worried it would come back to me with the paint looking great but the calibration possibly not done correctly or something along those lines. Instead, after you all repaired the damage to my vehicle verything is absolutely perfect. I used all the systems t I was worried about and they all worked perfect on the first try. I was very impressed with all of the communication from Dan my service advisor and I am over the moon to have my truck back in as good of condition or better than the way I brought it to you.
