This is the 2nd car that I brought to Ace to have repaired. On both vehicles they did a fabulous job. Dealing with Rick and Belly in the front office was a pleasurable experience. I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up 7/23/25 was even called multiple times to confirm that I was still picking up the vehicle and then when I picked up the vehicle, the first thing I noticed was there was over spray that was not caught, so I had to bring the vehicle the following morning to be fixed. Now I see more items on the vehicle that should have been fixed, that are still not correct and I have to yet again go back to the shop on Monday to see what can be done and how long it will take. My insurance is not the one paying for a rental, I am, so it’s just a little frustrating and disappointing since this is not the first time I used this shop, and I was really impressed with the work that I had no doubt you all would do right by me and my brand new vehicle again, but that was unfortunately not the case. I have no doubt that this will be fixed but to was expense by me.
