I appreciate the texts that kept me updated on the progress of my repair. This location is excellent, much better than the Gerber location on Forsyth Rd in Orlando. The best repair I’ve ever had! The staff is wonderful, kind, and professional. Car looks brand new and way earlier than estimated. Hopefully I won’t need body work again, but if I do, I will definitely not go anywhere else!

The chime inside my car changed - how I don’t know but my mother has a 2025 Nissan kicks and my door chime was different than hers after picking it up from repairs. The bumper wasn’t clipped corrected, there was a dent in the middle of the bumper pushing outward.. a piece of my bumper was hitting the headlight and paint was coming off and that piece kept popping out of place, my grille had a half inch gap from where it should have met the headlight. There was really bad overplay in the structure behind the drivers door that created a hazy awful look, the hood was flapping as I drive. Paint missing on the upper portion of the drivers door, there were still dents all over the B and C pillar from where the doors were pushed into the structure. This was a really bad repair job, so much wasn’t even repaired. I sold the vehicle the same day I picked it up and have lost faith in repair centers. This was a really really bad repair job. You guys were nice in the office but a good job was not performed on my vehicle.
