Living in the Altamonte Springs area for 20 years. Driving by Gerber Collison for years stating “if I ever need there service, I will use them one day”. That day came and I don’t regret my decision. They answered all my questions. Gary was in communication with me and kept me updated about the status of my car. When I went to pick my car up. Tears came out my eye because it looked like nothing ever happened to it. They did an amazing job on my 2024 Honda CR-V. Thank you so much! I am so grateful!

When I brought my car in, I did a walk around with your representative and he told me all the things that they’re going to do for my car, including repair the hubcap and touchup paint job on the back right as well as the damage fender and headlight. The day that I’m going to pick up the car I get a call asking if the hub cap was damaged from the accident. I told him I don’t know, but I don’t think so so I was fine with that then when I go in to pick up my car, they did a good job with the repair of the fender and the headlight, but they never touched the back fender where they told me they were going to fix the faulty paint job in addition the parts quote was originally $700. When I picked up the car it was close to $2600. When I asked why they told me it was a preliminary estimate and they left the headlight off which alone was $1300. What I don’t understand is how could you leave that off? When the agent told me he was going to repair it how can you be off so much with your estimate? I’m not happy with the overall service although they did a good job with offender repair but at the end of the day, I regret not going to my own repair Dayas. I’ve already received 100% satisfaction from them. If you say you’re going to do something then do it. I don’t need lip service and compromises your reputation if you don’t walk the talk

Everybody there that I talked to was so nice and helpful and made me feel very comfortable. I like that they kept in touch with me regarding the progress of my car being finished. My car looked beautiful when I picked it up. They did excellent job and I would definitely recommend Gerber to my friends and family.
