The entire experience was as hassle free as I could have hoped for. I really appreciated that Gerber handled my getting my rental car (covered by my insurance) by calling Enterprise when I dropped off my car and my being able to leave the rental at Gerber when my car was ready. Adam did a great job giving me all the info I needed and providing updates as my car was going through the repair process

From the moment we walked in we were greeted and they were very friendly and professional. They explained everything from beginning to end and when repairs were gonna be done. Always kept us updated of what was happening to our vehicle. Monica and Reggie are amazing . Thank you so much my car looks like it was never in an accident you guys rock I will definitely recommend Gerber to anyone in an accident.

A year ago I was rear-ended and took my vehicle up there and they did a great job so I took it back again for another accident and very pleased with the work. I’m very very satisfied with this company Gerber. The other thing I like is that every time I call up there somebody picks up the phone and helps me till it’s resolved not like some companies that you keep putting you off somewhere else. Besides the work they do, which is great. The customer service with their employees is also phenomenal.

That’s funny in the prior survey question I was talking about customer service. Also that their customer service is very very good. They take the time to get you your answer. If you have a question anytime you call they pick up the phone that there.
