Body shop repaired my door and the door is nice however shop did not make door fully functional the door can only be manually locked and unlocked this wasn’t a complete job .

I was very impressed that they did a very good job on my truck. Everything looks great. I’m very satisfied it was quick. They answered all the questions. They’re very friendly and I would take my car back for any other thing I would recommend.

Repairs were completed ahead of schedule. There was good communication throughout by phone and text. It was easy to pick up and return the rental car. I appreciated the truck being washed and vacuumed.

Everyone was really kind, but I was put in a tough spot where I was given a completion date when the car would be ready, and then it was ready four days early. That would normally be great, but my work is far from Orlando and I could not pick up the vehicle during the day, since I had planned on picking up on the day I was told it would be done. I was pressed to get it earlier once it was ready, but when I said that my hands were tied, because of my work being in Davenport all day and that I couldn’t until later that week (I specifically had planned on leaving work that day since that’s when it was supposed to be done, I had to specifically arrange that), I said I couldn’t. I then asked why I needed to rush, and was told StateFarm would view Ace poorly because of this since the vehicle sat there ready for a few days. I was told the initial date is not always accurate, “since an AI program schedules the car delivery dates a little later even though we already have the parts.” Wish I was just given an accurate date (drop the AI program maybe, or adjust the settings?) and then I would have planned accordingly and got the vehicle when it was realistic for it to be done - I could have gotten it on 1/20 if that is was what I was initially told. Still a 7/10 since Beli and Rick were very responsive and helpful.
