I am grateful for the quality of customer service and paint work. I would definitely recommend the shop if they fix the rattle that started when I picked up the car.

I would give the repair aesthetics a 10, but the work left something detached or rubbing in the front left of my car… Now it rattles every time I drive, and it’s like Chinese water torture to my ears. There’s also a nick in my steering wheel… I don’t want to waste a perfectly good car part by having it replaced, but I was frustrated to see damage to the car that was unrelated to the repair site.

This will be first and last time I go with body shop . Not sure who did the job but It looks so bad . Also why would customer have to pay almost 3% additional if they go with credit card ? This look so ridiculous
