Had to go three times to pick up the car because there were issues with the vehicle. First time mirrors didn't work and the second time the vehicle had a scratch that was not there when it was dropped off. This was an additional cost in terms of money and time. At the end the vehicle was serviced and I appreciate that but it was still a significant delay.

They really took "Great Care" of me, and if you notice I didn't say "good care", I said "Great Care", from beginning to end, they even help me with getting a rental care easily. When you go there ask for (Alice), she's the "Best", my experience was smooth & stress free.

It was almost perfect but there was a scratch on the bumper and you guys fixed it but it was a fast job. I can see not polished. And there are a lot of water marks. It seems the worker left it after washing rather than drying with towels.
