Costomer service was great but it took a very long time to get my car fixed. It seems like it wasn't their fault and that the wrong part was delivered. I was able to get a rental which was very helpful

I noticed a door dent on the right side passenger door. That door dent was not there prior to taking it to your shop because my car was brand new. I had the car for a week prior to getting into a minor accident. And prior to taking it into Ace. Other than that, I would have been 100% satisfied.
