Ace Tech Collision are definitely vehicle architects and not only pay meticulous attention to every detail, they literally will have your car looking better than when you first bought your car. The staff at Ace Tech Collision Cenyer truly go above and beyond. They were punctual and exact on time frames of vehicle repair. They will help you as well if you need rental car due to them understanding the nuances and stress after auto collision they do their best to communicate with your insurance company get you rental car if your policy provides and can even assist with making sure you find a local rental car. For example Enterprise rental typically will pick you up amd take you to and from Ace Tech Collision center on day you drop off your car and on the day your car repair is complete. The point is that Ace Tech Collision can help you contact rental car companies to get you your rental car through Hertz, Enterprise and many others. Because after Collision the last thing you want to deal with is probably anither call. One of the main reasons why I come back to Ace Tech is because the customer service is unmatched. Dealing with repair shops and insurance issues can be stressful, but the Ace Tech office staff does a great job at making me feel supported throughout the process. Alice does a great job at simplifying the repair process and is very helpful at getting the logistics together. Without the customer service Alice provides, the process would be burdensome. Someone vandalized the trunk of my car with a brick leaving my car with a big scratch. Ace Tech Collision offered to asked the painter if he could do it for free and they did it! I appreciated their commitment to go above and beyond with their services.
