Acheson Auto Works is a family-owned automobile and light truck repair facility founded in 1947 by Sam Acheson and his wife, Mary Frances. For over 70 years we've performed a wide range of repairs including collision repair refinishing, preventive maintenance, engine repair, general servicing, heating and AC repair, diagnostics & troubleshooting and various flushes including transmission, coolant, brake, power steering and fuel induction. We do just about all types of repair! Our goal is to offer the best service we can at a reasonable price in a timely fashion to get our Clients back on the road. Sam & Mary's old-fashioned, business principles are still applied to all transactions today. They are; 1.) Under promise-Over deliver 2.) Do what we say we're going to do 3.) Staff were a amazing, friendly, asked and answered questions. They do a great job updating progress. All completed in a 3 day time frame. Person that did body work tried to buff out a scuff near driver side headlight. It was a place we had not talked about doing. The buffing made it worse and dulled the paint in that spot. I like that he had a good intention and the manager was up front and honest about what happened. Just disappointed of the outcome.

I’m more than satisfied! Atcheson did a fantastic job on my car. It had to be painted twice because the first color didn’t turn out the way the perfectionists at Atchison decided it needed to be.
