Brendan was awesome. He got us a loaner to use over the weekend while our Kicks was being repaired. The car was ready when promised, and it was spotless inside and out. Also, a shoutout to the gentleman at the reception desk. He did a great job, too.

Brendan at Willis Collision Center was able to provide a loaner for us over the weekend while our Kicks was having a rear window repaired. We brought it in on Friday, and it was ready Monday morning. They also washed the car and detailed the inside. Stellar service all around.

Willis collision did an amazing job with repairing my Land Rover defender. My sunroof cracked and they were able to get me in in a timely manner and fixed it quickly. The communication and customer service were fantastic. Dana did a great job!

Dana was great to work with. He listened to my concerns and repair requirements. And provided an overview of the work the techs would need to do. Then provided me with a written estimate, after which we agreed ED on an appointment schedule. My car was finished ahead of time too with flawless workmanship.
