Acheson Auto Works is a family-owned automobile and light truck repair facility founded in 1947 by Sam Acheson and his wife, Mary Frances. For over 70 years we've performed a wide range of repairs including collision repair refinishing, preventive maintenance, engine repair, general servicing, heating and AC repair, diagnostics & troubleshooting and various flushes including transmission, coolant, brake, power steering and fuel induction. We do just about all types of repair! Our goal is to offer the best service we can at a reasonable price in a timely fashion to get our Clients back on the road. Sam & Mary's old-fashioned, business principles are still applied to all transactions today. They are; 1.) Under promise-Over deliver 2.) Do what we say we're going to do 3.) Everyone was very friendly and professional, I was very pleased by that. However, there was a lack of communication. I had to constantly call to find out the status of my vehicle. I wish there would be better communication.

It would have been nice if those extra scratches could have been taken care of. Not happy with how the license plate area looks but nothing I can do about it. But otherwise so far it seems to be ok.

The paint job came off in the car wash 2 weeks after repair in a touch-free car wash. Glad it is under warranty, but this is really inconvenient! I feel like you guys should provide a loaner car or rental car.

The work done and the people were great. But the communication problem of not knowing it was done. I did send a follow up email so we could remove the old landline and get the cell listed as the cell so hopefully that won't come up again.

There was on old land line phone #on my account that was innactive. I wish they would have tried the 2nd phone number (cell) so I could've turned in the rental car Friday instead of Tuesday.
