Acheson Auto Works is a family-owned automobile and light truck repair facility founded in 1947 by Sam Acheson and his wife, Mary Frances. For over 70 years we've performed a wide range of repairs including collision repair refinishing, preventive maintenance, engine repair, general servicing, heating and AC repair, diagnostics & troubleshooting and various flushes including transmission, coolant, brake, power steering and fuel induction. We do just about all types of repair! Our goal is to offer the best service we can at a reasonable price in a timely fashion to get our Clients back on the road. The only thing I'm concerned about is a humming sound that is new when I run the fan ..it's only on the side that the damage was on. Is it by chance something that could have been overlooked..just because I didn't know about it specifically before...I can continue to listen and see if it gets worse or bring it in .

I am very happy with the quality of the final repairs. However, I cannot give a full "10" satisfaction because it took over 2 months to get done and back. Somehow it seems as though something could have been differently to not have the vehicle as long. I ended up having to pay an additional $1,000 for rental vehicle beyond what was covered by my insurance. Another note, my Escape went in totally clean and came back filthy with a grimey film in every crevice...except for the floor. Once I got it cleaned well I finally felt like I had my car back. Thanks for your quality work...as I know that is what is most important! Thanks

Emails and texts about the survey are excessive. Your repair device was 10/10. Gave you 8/10 for the desperate attempts at a review. It’s borderline harassment. One text and one email is more than enough. Change your policy.
