Acheson Auto Works is a family-owned automobile and light truck repair facility founded in 1947 by Sam Acheson and his wife, Mary Frances. For over 70 years we've performed a wide range of repairs including collision repair refinishing, preventive maintenance, engine repair, general servicing, heating and AC repair, diagnostics & troubleshooting and various flushes including transmission, coolant, brake, power steering and fuel induction. We do just about all types of repair! Our goal is to offer the best service we can at a reasonable price in a timely fashion to get our Clients back on the road. Sam & Mary's old-fashioned, business principles are still applied to all transactions today. They are; 1.) Under promise-Over deliver 2.) Do what we say we're going to do 3.) A great experience all-around -- my one piece of critique would be that my insurer still has not received the paperwork from you folks in order to process and finish the claim. Other than that, painless from start to finish, and will use again. Also, everyone there was warm, nice, and easy to deal with, and that matters more than most aspects.
