My Experience

I really appreciated the friendly welcome. Many times the people who have the responsibility of working with your car don't have the enthusiasm that generates the customers feeling of good will. I felt very comfortable when I met almost everyone. Their was one individual I didn't warm up to - the salesman, your boss. I didn't agree with the bump in the fender; but, I did agree with the running boards. I could not afford either right now; so had to decline both. The boss lost interest after that. … a customer knows. I got the hard press in the beginning; but, not the thank-you in the end. Luckily, I like the idea of bright new running boards; so, I'll be back when I can afford it. Thanks.
