I was very satisfied with the vehicle being repaired and that you were able to work with insurance from the man who hit the work truck. I was a bit surprised that there was ever a request for us to pay for anything, so thank you for working to have that bill handled by the insurance claim. The parts also seemed to take a while longer to get it to repair, but overall satisfied.

I felt you worked hard to get the work truck repaired in a timely manner. It was tough not having a vehicle for over 3 weeks, but that falls more on insurance.
