My truck looked great and was so nicely cleaned for my trade-in for a new Silverado. The best of all was the outstanding customer service from Christine. She was very professional, knowledgeable and took personal interest in my “story”. Communication about the status of repairs was 5 star. If I ever need auto body work, I would not hesitate to use action auto body again. Thank you for taking such great care of my truck and me.

Kristyne was great keeping me updated throughout the summer. It was an extraordinary amount of time to be without a vehicle and losing work and I can only imagine it’s just as frustrating being a staff member at the body shop. The garage manager was great explaining things and getting me on my way. Kudos to all that worked on my truck and had the most gracious interactions with me (which was Everyone) I am so grateful to have my truck back. Thank you!! ~ Kelly
