My side mirrors no longer fold automatically when I lock the doors. Normally when I get a vehicle repaired there, they touch up small dings in the paint that accrue over time, and they were not addressed with this visit..

Overall, the repair was completed, but the experience could have been better. The staff was courteous and kept me updated on the repair progress, although not all of my emails and questions were responded to. They also identified and repaired additional hidden damage discovered during disassembly. However, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I found several repair quality issues, including scratches on the front door, paint finish concerns, improper fender alignment, a noticeable gap between the fender and the door, and scratches near the gear selector inside the vehicle. I appreciated that they acknowledged these concerns and agreed to address them before I accepted the vehicle. Unfortunately, even after bringing these issues to their attention, some concerns were still not fully corrected, requiring me to leave the vehicle with the shop again for additional repairs. This resulted in extra trips, time away from work, and the need to arrange transportation multiple times. I recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle before signing the final paperwork and ensuring that all repairs meet your expectations. The team was willing to address my concerns, but I believe the final quality inspection should have been more thorough before notifying me that the vehicle was ready for pickup.

The staff was friendly and made sure I understood what was going on. They even helped me transfer a bunch of stuff out of my cat into the rental. They were busy and didn't have to do that.
