I was in an accident on Sunday, and my insurance company was able to schedule an appointment for me the following day. When I arrived, the staff was pleasant, professional, and helpful. They kept me informed throughout the entire process with regular updates. When I went to pick up my car, they gave me the option of leaving my rental care there, and they coordinated with the rental car company to close out my rental agreement and return the vehicle. Kee was extremely helpful and walked me through the entire process, as this was my first time having to get my vehicle repaired after an accident. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and support I received from the team at Action Collision Repair.

Overall, great service and support all along the way, from Kee, Rachel, and others. One suggestion - Receiving a call earlier in the day on Friday, June 26, instead of at 4:30 pm, only a half hour before closing, that my car looks like it's going to be ready toward the end of the day would have been exceedingly helpful and allowed me to get my car that day rather than having to wait until Monday. Otherwise, very satisfied. Thank you!
