My windshield was covered in what I believe was clear coat. Whatever it was I had to scrap it off with a razor blade. I still haven't got all of it off.

Communicated updates very well however estimate seemed high especially since first estimate was after car had been "torn down" & assessed for parts/labor costs. The estimate increased days later with no explanation of increase and the repair ETA was extended after parts ETA was changed from 5/26 to 6/5. No one did a walk thru of repairs when I picked up the vehicle just handed the key off. They left their door removal tool in my vehicle. Wouldn't use the shop again because they price gouge since most clients are using insurance. Hopefully won't ever have to as that would mean I was in an accident 😕
