I am very fussy about how my car looks inside and out. Just when you think it is safe to park your car in a private spot on private property off the street, it’s not. From inside the business office you hear a loud crash, go outside to investigate and there it is, steel rails lying up against the rear driver side of my mosaic black pristine Chevy and its back wheel. Two young dudes with a flatbed rental truck and an unsecured load of steel rails are out there trying to quickly pick up the mess so they could high tail out before anyone would notice the damage, all the while as being approached saying everything is okay, nothing got damaged. A lie which makes it all even worse. I quickly reported the incident to my insurance company AAA. I made it clear that I was picky and wanted a very reputable body shop to repair the damage to my car. I was referred to Active Auto Body. I scheduled an appointment for the damage estimate and repair date. While there all of my concerns were addressed, they were very professional and courteous. I was reassured that after the repair I wouldn’t know that anything had ever happened to my car. The work is warrantied for life. They made the whole experience from the beginning until the end positive and even offering the convenience of leaving the rental car there on the day my car was ready for pick up. They kept me informed each step of the way. They did a beautiful job and I would highly recommend them for their honesty and the quality of the work they do. They are genuinely awesome people “to meet by accident.”

The team was very friendly and communicative throughout the whole process, giving me updates and making sure I was satisfied with the work when it was completed. They were also very efficient and completed the work ahead of schedule and did a very good job. Although I hope I don't have a reason to come back to Active Auto Body, if I or someone I know are involved in an accident, I will 100% choose Active to take care of the repairs. Thank you!
