Super professional job and attention to detail from small things like keeping appointments, being prompt on the phone, assessing damage to the vehicle, explaining what needs to be done, when parts will arrive, following up after parts arrived, finishing the job a few days earlier than promised to doing a superb job on actually repairing the damage. The fit and finish on the work they did was excellent. The vehicle looks brand new - delivered to me after a nice detailing job. Very impressed by professionalism and knowledge shown by front desk support Amber Lee and owner Eduardo. Thanks to folks who worked on the vehicle in the shop too. Highly recommended. Thanks to AAA too for introducing them to me.

Eduardo and his team have a class operation at Active Auto Body. I was originally referred to him by my long-time mechanic. The first time I sought his help repairing a badly dinged door, he referred me to a ding doctor to save me money. Active Auto Body has since then repaired my wife’s SUV twice, my daughter’s SUV once and my car once. I’ve always been greatly satisfied with their work, their courteousness and timeliness. Their estimates are perfectly detailed and accurate.
