Active Autobody were friendly and very professional from the moment I called them. They helped me schedule an appointment while sounding very friendly. I took my vehicle there and was helped by the gal at the front desk. She had Xavier come and inspect my car and he was very friendly. He provided me the details of what they would do and assured me that the car would look just as it did before the accident, if not, better. He communicated with me over the phone and told me when I should expect my car back. I received good communication all the way until I picked up my car. The car looked flawless! Active Autobody did an absolutely amazing job. Even my wife was pleasantly surprised at just how good the work was. You could not tell that there was any accident there at all...not even one bit of sign. Amazing!

I loved the ongoing communication as our car was being repaired, how easy it was to work with them, how accurately they made their estimates and explained all their work. The car came back looking better than before the accident! Will always keep them as our go-to body shop. The team at Active Auto Body is uniformly terrific, and they work together as a team. From Christine at the front desk, to Pedro assessing our car, to Eduardo keeping us up to date and informed on the progress, to the group in the back who worked on the car and we never met, they were professional and competent, and went the extra mile to make our experience smooth. There are plenty of body shops between our home and AAB -- but we bothered to travel because we knew what quality AAB could offer.
