Communication was inconsistent and work was delayed due to illness/ injury of worker- not there fault but I was surprised that other staff were not able to step in.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and my car looks great. My only “complaint” is about your payment options. Paying for something expensive like this in cash is not convenient at all, and you don’t accept personal checks. I couldn’t get a cashiers check because we use an online bank with no physical branches. We would have loved to pay with credit card but did not want the fee. Why don’t you just raise prices a tiny bit to cover card fee costs - I would imagine a good chunk of your business is from insurance companies anyway. That would shift the inconvenience/fees to big insurance companies instead of to the average person.

Repair work was done extremely well to our best satisfaction. Communication with the customers while calling for the status could be little bit more clearer. If it is going to get more than a week, would be nice if they could text or email about the status . This will help customers.

A few pieces of edge trim along front doors and roof were loose and actually fell off. Also the trim along the front of the roof where the windshield meets the roof on tbe right and left were popped up.

Where will these comments be posted? I am filling out the paper card hung on my mirror. Work was excellent. I have already recommended you to 2 neighbors in my condo community. One suggestion: Your Company Sign on rte 119 could be stronger…it doesn’t read as well as it could. I’ll show what I mean when I come by to get car interior cleaned ( as promised by Eugene).
