We currently have 5 frame machines, two full spray booths and one spray prep station. We have the right tools and knowledge to fix your vehicle right the first time. Excellent work and customer service and you made the process SO smooth. I really appreciated it. However, the night that we picked up the car, we went out and couldn't open the door from the inside. I had to go back in the morning to get it fixed, which thankfully was done quickly, but it was an inconvenience. If a quick check had been done before the car was handed back over to me, it would have helped. Additionally, the passenger side mirror has damage to it that wasn't fixed. I brought it up when I picked up the car and was told that you were checking with the insurance company. I said the damage happened in the accident, and I wasn't given any sort of timeline when I'd hear back about that. It would be more helpful if it was done as part of the rest of the work. So I'm left with the work not being complete but unsure when it will get fixed.

My only issue with Pattersons is their lack of communication and the complications that arise from it. My vehicle was put into the shop for an estimated 3 day repair. I called the day before scheduled pick up to make sure we were still on track and at that time I was informed that they had ordered the wrong bumper twice and were still waiting on parts so it would take longer - no issue, stuff happens. This would then happen a handful of more times leading to a total of 11 days in the shop and culminating in holding until close on the last day. Things happen, parts come in broken but I do think that a reevaluation of communication with clients would help in the process happening smoother. Considering everything this will probably be my first and last time using Pattersons but my car looks great and it all worked out in the end.
