My family has been using AAB since I was a kid and they have always provided the best customer experience and service. Mike and Jim have always made us feel like family. This past incident was a large repair that couldn’t have been done more beautifully and Daniel kept me posted every step of the way. My mobility place said my car was beyond repairs, I thot I’d die. I’m w/c bound & w/o my car I can’t get out of my house. I was referred to Addison Auto+ & met Mike Holzner. He looked over my car, my ramp was almost rusted away from the car‘s body. When he told me he had something in mind to fix it rather than go through a real high expense that I would’ve been charged at the old place, I couldn’t believe my ears. When I stood above the connection and looked down, I could see the street, it was horrifying. Anyways, Mike fixed it and had it ready to pick up just in less than two days. That alone was a miracle, cause I have doctor appointments all the time and without my car I can’t go anywhere. The service, the knowledge, the politeness from all the employees that I met were beyond outstanding. Oh yes, the price was unbelievable! I really never experienced work like that and professionalism throughout my whole car’s life, which is 19 years now. TY Addison Auto +.
