Rudy assisted me with my claim following a car accident and was very kind during every update regarding my vehicle. Ray Avila was also very helpful and professional when I came in to the office. He took the time to explain and point out a few details about my car, which I truly appreciated. My hood was aligned and the car looks great! Thank you!!!!

The work itself is great! They dinged my car but fixed it right away. Communication could have been better. The car was ready a week after they said it would be ready. Failed to meet their self imposed deadline. Didn’t communicate expectations clearly along the way.

I highly recommend Addison Auto Body and Glass. One of my teenage drivers had a minor accident in the fall but there was a fair amount of damage. Was referred by an auto dealership to use Addison Auto Body and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Mario in particular provided amazing customer service and full transparency on the pricing and process. He worked seamlessly with State Farm and also Enterprise rent a car and my car was ready in 2.5 weeks (big shout out to State Farm and Enterprise during this entire process as well). Communication was very good and overall the entire process was a good experience considering the obvious stress to a family when dealing with an auto accident. I highly recommend Addison Auto Body and will use them again should the need arise.
