My car had only 2,450 miles and was hit by a snow plow crushing the right front, hood, all lights, fender, grille and right side. My car now looks as if it were never in an accident, the service was incredible, I received frequent updates alerting me that they were working on my car and the repairs were completed earlier than the anticipated completion date. I am grateful and stay elated and thus far impressed!

Tony was phenomenal. He was kind, caring and professional. He kept me informed about all aspects of the process including the factory and non factory parts that would be replaced on my car thus allowing my experience to be flawless. Tony was exceptional interpersonally and speaking with him made me feel valued as a customer along with confidence my car was in the perfect place for reconstruction and repairs.

Their customer service has been quite professional. We had a very long repair. They kept us notified throughout the 6 weeks, so we didn’t have to guess, when our car would be ready. The car came back looking shiny and almost new! That was very nice. The repairs also seem to have been very well done, from what we can tell at this point.
