A HARD 0!!! In my book. This wasn’t my first repair on a wreck I have been in. I’ve had better, faster and more professional work done By smaller companies

Well it would have been a solid ten but after I picked up my truck I noticed the next morning that the bottom of my driver door was missing the bottom trim piece, Also when I asked if my door was adjusted she said no because the mechanic told her he can’t hear any wind noise, she said it was her experience that because my truck was older that the door hinges were worn and that’s why I here wind noise. Ummmm NO!!! Before I got hit I NEVER heard any wind noise. But after I got my truck back she kept insisting that it was her experience that the accident didn’t cause the wind sound, she insisted it was worn door hinges. I felt like she was saying I was a liar and that she was right about the door. I’m for sure telling all about this horrible customer experience to NEVER EVER use ADS collision repair for ANYTHING. Also I asked if she did a front end alignment and she said that the guy that does them was off so it didn’t get done and it should be ok.. she said if I had problems later to bring it back to them and they can align the front. I feel like if they cared about people safety they wouldn’t have let me take my truck home without checking my front end for broken parts I mean both vehicles involved both weighed a lot plus the impact could’ve snapped a ball joint or something plus I was towing 24’trailer all that weight could’ve snapshot something in the wreck and they still didn’t care to wait for me to get a proper alignment and or a certified inspection done to make the truck was safe to drive. SO YA VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE AT ADS

I am very impressed with the quality of the work done in my vehicle. They said it would take about two weeks and they were done in exactly two. I’ve taken vehicles to ADS before and will again. They do a fantastic job.
