I never heard updates along the way. I always had to call and check in. And car was returned with new part unattached and we are trying to figure out how to put on. Also - noise now coming from right side/damaged side of car.

I would’ve liked for someone to call and give me updates on status of car throughout the weeks. This is what the previous auto body shop I have gone to did. I heard several times that I would get a call back and never did - I always had to call and check in to find out what was going on.

Customer service was great, very friendly people. Great communication. The only disappointing part was that my wires were pulled out of my camper battery, I’m not sure which wire goes where now. Not a big deal. I will use them again.
