Communication along the way to keep me informed of their progress and when to expect my car to be ready for pick up. To which they exceeded my expectations. The car was new, and hit by a deer. Although the deer did quite a bit of damage to our car you restored it to perfection. It looks new again. Pearl paint and all.

Work was excellent. People were very friendly. My only grip was the time estimate. We were until a time constraint and were initially told that they would do all they could to meet the deadline. The deadline was not met, and it would have been nice to be updated.
