Never in my life have I experienced an auto body shop putting 353 miles and using most of a full tank of gas on my vehicle. Legal action is being considered. They did a top notch job on the car. Although replacing a rear bumper should not have taken a week. I’m really disappointed in the fact somebody from their shop drove my car around putting miles on it and not replacing the gas they used. Not cool. The excuse that was given was the mileage in was from the initial inspection. No because when I took the car in for the initial inspection nobody checked the mileage on the car.

Left rear blinker not working after I picked up my car. Why they didn’t check all the functions of the car, especially the rear which is where the repair took place, is curious. So I figured it was a burnt out bulb that I would just replace myself. Turns out when they put the car back together somehow one of the pins in the bulb housing broke off inside the power plug. I know they had to remove that part because one of the bolts to the outside housing was missing (minor but still curious) that holds it in place to the vehicle. I called the shop back and they said they’d get back to me. That was 4 days ago. Other than that the car looks good. I’ll give them a few more days to make this right before I call the insurance company.

When I was actually at the shop the CS was great. Other forms of communication/updates took way too long to happen. Still haven’t heard back after complaining about a non-working turn signal.
