My estimator Angel. I was there a few years back and he took care of me very well. It took a little longer than expected, but I am not working right now so I had fun taking a drive with my rental car so you guys did an excellent job and I would recommend you to anybody! Every employee there was wonderful and so helpful. We dealt with Pedro mostly and he was very kind, patient and available every time we had a question. Advanced Auto body exceeded my expectations on the repairs of my car. My car was not only repaired but it was also very clean on the exterior and interior. Advance auto body was super expedient from the moment I called about getting an appraisal to working with the insurance company. They kept me informed all the way through the process, updating me as to the progress, which was super helpful. Pedro was very professional and understanding of the process and frustration of going through an accident and made the whole process seamless. The workmanship was excellent on my car repair and they went above and beyond! This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an autobody shop! Thank you.

This experience was below my expectations in terms of overall experience while the repairs were fine. My previous experience with another car was absolutely fine, so I dont know why the quality of service has dropped since then.

The process of estimation, handover of the car was very good and quick. The staff were very courteous. The only issue I saw was that my car was driven for around 38miles while it was at Advanced Auto. Maybe I made the mistake of leaving it over the long labor day weekend. The checkout documentation indicated the same mileage reading as when checking-in i.e. 0 miles driven. This was not correct and apparently the person preparing the invoice didn't check or wrote the wrong mileage reading.
