We were very happy with the service at advance Body. They provided regular updates on the progress of our car. Paul went above and beyond to give excellent service to us and for getting the job done in time for our trip. We were very appreciative for all his efforts. Paul was very helpful keeping me informed of the repair status. I also liked the email updates I received throughout the process. I really liked that Advanced Auto Body has a process in place with AAA where a rental car is brought onsite when I dropped my car off for repair. VERY CONVENIENT!

Very stellar work as usual. My only criticism would be th amount of time it took to finish my car. It didn't help that it was dropped off on a holiday weekend but it was supposed to be done a full 4 days earlier than it was. Granted, my contact person was very helpful with communication so I appreciated that.
