Work wasn't completed. Missed alerts for one of the sensors and when we went back they just said it was caused by a different event. Bit a good body shop for Tesla. Too complicated for them

My windshield was crack at time of pick up my repaired car, they took another week to complete that, poor communication and they choose low quality windshield or defective because has a spot with distortion vision area, unsafe and make me dizzy when look tru that spot. Any solution to this ?
