Overall, it was great. Branden was the face of the business so I can’t speak anything other than my interactions with him were positive. He was quick to respond and accommodating. I hope you can keep that level of service up as I know his last day was the day I picked up my car.

Brandon was great. Super responsive! That said, I didn’t feel like I got a good feel for exactly what was being done. Just an estimate to read. I would have liked more of a walk thru. Like my front grill was repainted. I didn’t know that, had I known o would have painted it the color I wanted. Not the previous stock color.

Advance collision is amazing. They’re fast with their work. Everything they do is exactly what one would expect car repair to be and they do a beautiful job of detailing the car so when it is returned to you, it feels like a new car thank you so much for being such an awesome business.
