Quality of service was subpar. Exterior damage repair was excellent. After repair trunk would not open. Lights on dash not reset. Returned to shop ten minutes after pick up also ten minutes before closing time. Door a was locked lights were off no one answered the phone. Insurance company made me pay to keep rental car due to vehicle being picked up. Had to wait until Monday morning to return to shop to get repairs completed. Two weeks later still waiting on car to be returned to me. Since returning car to Advanced Collision I have not been updated or contacted. Having good quality of work is good, but having excellent customer service makes the customer happy.

Detailed my vehicle which I loved! But my only complaint is that they forgot to put my “Sorento” on the back of my hatchback?! The finished product was amazing and you can’t tell I even got rear ended. It was fast and they were very transparent every day.
