Car bumper was not taken off to be painted. There are chips in the paint and over spray all over the car including the windshield.

As of right now the way things have been going with my car with them and them lying to me and telling the owner that I said I needed my car now and I didn't say that plus they have had my car for 3 weeks. I understand sometimes things take a little longer and parts may take a little longer to come in ,but there is other issues besides how long they have had my car. I can't really rate to much about the shop right now because my car isn't finished and they still have it so I don't know how the repairs are going to be done on my car or what it's going to look like. After everything is done and finished me recommending the shop to a friend or family member may change. I was sent this to soon because I don't have my car so it's hard to give a rating on a place when I don't know what the outcome of my vehicle is going to be, but I do want to say that the personal people are very nice.

I can't give ya'll a satisfaction rating yet because when I was told to come get my car because it was finished being repaired, but once I got there and paid ya'll I was then told my car wasn't finished and ya'll still have my car so I can't give a rating yet. I put a 4 down as satisfaction for now because I had to pick a number and as of right now I don't know what my car looks like or how the repairs are because I don't have my car, but I hope to have it soon.. I was satisfied with the customer service personnel, they were very nice, but on the 21st of October when I came to get my car because I was told it was ready, which it wasn't the man that came out and spoke with me, who was the manager or owner was pretty rude with me. I was even crying because of that and because of my car .

My only complaint so far is, moving things in console and glove box. I’m not pleased with that. I Expect your employees to respect me and my personal items as I respect your company and employees.
