I understand that the hurricane put a toll on turn around times, however they had my vehicle for 25 days which put me over by 4 days with my rental. I ended having to pay $180+ in overage fees on the rental, being that we lost all of our food and had to buy gas for generators after the hurricane (as many people did) we did not have the extra money for rental coverages so now I am short on grocery money for my kids. I'm trying to be understanding at the same time.

I was promised by the lady at the front desk that my car would be out of the hurricane and inside since the trunk wouldn’t close. When I went back over there to check on my car I noticed it was outside during the hurricane with just some Saran Wrap covering part of the trunk.
