You need a Quality Control System. When I picked up my truck the plastic cover above the bumper was unsnapped and the bumper was lower on one side. When i went to pick it up the tech had to take it back to the shop to correct it. I also left clear instructions to replace both headlights if one would be replaced. They didn't change but one. I had to order another one and change it myself. However they did a fantastic job on the washing and cleaning. There was a small run in the clear coat. The pin strips were perfect. The gaps in the body lines were good.

The only issue I had with customer service is they didn't relay my instructions about the headlights to the technicians.

I am satisfied with the body work that was done to the vehicle and the service provided by the ladies at the front desk. I just realized that I had my damaged tire on my chrome dodge in the back of my pickup bed, when you guys got the truck, but it's no longer in there. I had to take the vehicle to my mechanical shop as the check engine light was on, and there was a sensor on the gas tank that was damaged from the Loss. But I do not believe that your technicians knew that or could replace it. So at this time my vehicle is at the dealership for those repairs. But I have no issue with the body work that was done on my vehicle, however I would like my rim for my Dodge ram back
