Karina Delgado, office manager and Josh Campos Estimator, were both very professional and helpful. I left my IPad in the rental car and Josh called the Enterprise to let them know I reported it left in car. That put my mind at ease and I was able to retrieve it. They had put it in Lost & Found for me.

The lady in the office was very professional and helpful. She acknowledged me when I came in as she was assisting another customer. She explained everything on the contract and she called the estimator to the office to help me when we looked at the car. The estimator Josh Campos was also very helpful and knowledgeable. AFD kept me up-to-date with texts, so I knew what to expect and when my car would be ready. When I came to get the car, Josh walked out with me and showed me the work, explained not to wash the car for a couple of weeks and Told me to give him a call if I had any concerns or questions. This was quality service I received from AFD.
