Very satisfied with the work but ACG did not contact me when the work was done or any of the Tuesday, Thursday calls they said they would provide with updated. That said, I had to pay two extra days of car rental. I reached out to AGC to find out the status only to find out my car was finished.

We are very unsatisfied with the communication from your staff. We would reach out and weren’t update properly. Your team always promised a call back and wouldn’t update by phone or email. The updates they provided were vague and also they did not pay attention to our instructions aswell as they should have which has to have us intervene to make sure all repairs are done properly.

It took two weeks to do what I thought would be a one week repair. When I would call to check on the car, it was always something like we have to order the parts Connor, the work is being done, it’s being calibrated, it’s being polished. Then I was told the problem was my insurance company hadn’t approved the final work. From what I saw, the appraiser sent me the information I believe on a Friday that he had approved the work.

Looks really great! I had the atomic silver color so I was nervous that an autobody shop wouldn’t be able to match it. It’s also seemed to be lined up pretty well with the fenders that were not replaced .
