LA West Collision center is an amazing facility that is both impressive as a facility and as a team. Yuri was my point of contact and actually took great care in handling my vehicle. I appreciate the hard work of all the employees at this facility (especially the admin team and their expertise in dealing with insurance companies) and especially Yuri for helping me out along the way and keeping me updated with my vehicle’s repairs. I got my car back looking pristine, even vacuumed and washed, and tires shined. The car looked brand new. 10/5 stars. I highly recommend this facility for collision repair.

The car seems to run and drive much smoother however, I do not like how it won’t stay on Comfort mode keeps going to individual because of where the paddle shifters are placed. I am not comfortable with individual mode.

My Main dissatisfaction was in the amount of time it took for my parts to come in and in having my car fixed. However, I’m very pleased with having my car delivered to me as this is the service that a lot of places provide. I would recommend this body shop to others.
