All the work was done very well, you can't tell there was a repair done. I would have appreciated a little more feedback being provided without having to ask, but I also realize that was me being a bit impatient. All estimated times for the process were met. I would also suggest advising people who have not had to deal with insurance recently of the process, I was so confused when my insurance paid the original (their) estimate value and I then paid that to you, I'd rather have just signed that check over to save some run-around and having to go to the bank to get a cashier check. Also It would have been nice to have 'pay in cash' be provided as a suggestion, saving the cost of the cashier check. None of these things have to do with the repair, so overall still totally satisfied. Thanks for having a feedback option.
