Al Packer Ford Collision Center is a family owned auto repair business that has been serving the community for over 50 years. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners per their request. We carry a limited Lifetime Warranty with every repair. We repair all makes and models and work with ALL Insurance companies. We now hold a FORD certification for Aluminum repairs and are part of the FORD Certified Collision Network.

Al Packer was great. My car was finished in a week the projected time! Everything from beginning to end was seamless. They went above and beyond. Vacuumed my car and put air in my tires. Not to mention the repair was perfect! If I ever need repairs again I would definitely go back!

I set up an appointment to have damages to my truck repaired after a hit and run. I called for an appointment and was asked to bring it in anytime and ask for Larry. The next day I went into the office adn was greeted by Yvonne and Larry walked me out to the truck adn assessed the damages. This was all done within 10 minutes. I received a call and followup email a few days later to bring the truck in the following Monday. It was fixed within a week with no hangups or delays. Everyone that I met during this experience was kind, accommodating and very professional. On my way out I stopped by the service department to see if I could schedule my next PM and will be bringing my Nissan Titan DX for service next week. This decision was based on the excellent service that I received from your body shop staff.
