After the way the botched my claim, didn’t communicate and took so long I would not recommend them to anyone.

The actual repairs looked good. My vehicle was at there shop WAY TOO LONG and they also botched and bungled the entire claim process I am extremely disappointed in the way they handled everything

We are very satisfied with the work they did in a timely manner and our car was immmaculate when we picked it up .also the workers were very friendly and management kept in touch with us on the progress of our auto. If I was to rate them from one to ten I would give them a fifteen thank you very much for a job well done

Our Jeep Grand looked like new when it was finished. It was detailed inside and out superbly. Our Jeep was done when promised . Everyone from Bobbie to Steve were so kind and accommodating . I Would highly recommend Caliber Collision on Ann Ave. in Essex, Md to everyone.

Avoid recommending this place, as they tend to blame past accidents or dismiss problems because of the car's age. While a recent accident caused damage, they make you feel helpless and dismiss your concerns. They seem indifferent, quickly blaming the car instead of acting like a professional body shop, or they behave like an insurance agent, implying that prior accidents automatically mean failure.
