I am glad I chose Caliber Collision. I went to a couple other shops beforehand but ended up sticking with Caliber. The women at the front desk was extremely nice from beginning to the end. The estimator explained to me in great detail what the process would be. Throughout my repair they stayed in contact and answered any questions I may have had. At pickup my car looked good as new & the process was smooth. Great service!

Local Caliber service outstanding. Repair was excellent. Finishing touches also excellent not only the replacement parts but a finishing work of the whole van. Van looks almost like new

I’ve heard some bad reviews and I’ve experienced the same issue twice with ordering a part that supposedly came in damaged twice in two different occasions.

Had to order my hood three times before it came in not damaged which cost me more money to keep my rental car that my insurance company allotted. I had to use Caliber last year and the same thing happened with the rear lift door. Took three times before it came in correct. Had my car for almost three weeks which cost me out of pocket over $500 for my rental vehicle.
